libweather-com-perl software package provides CPANs Weather::Com module for fetching data from weather.com, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libweather-com-perl
libweather-com-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libweather-com-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libweather-com-perl *
You will get with libweather-com-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
